Mithras Spartans Rules​

1. Honor Above All​

Every Spartan represents the unit. Conduct yourself with professionalism, integrity, and respect toward teammates and other players.

2. Mission First​

Complete assigned objectives before pursuing personal goals. Team success takes priority over individual achievements.

3. Brotherhood​

No Spartan is left behind when a recovery is possible. Support your teammates and communicate effectively during operations.

4. Chain of Command​

Respect the established leadership structure during missions. Orders should be followed promptly unless they would knowingly endanger the team without tactical justification.

5. Communication​

Maintain clear, concise radio discipline. Avoid unnecessary chatter during combat or critical operations.

6. Professional Conduct​

Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination, excessive toxicity, or griefing will not be tolerated.

7. Teamwork Over Ego​

Success is earned through coordination, not individual heroics. Share resources, intelligence, and responsibilities with the team.

8. Operational Security (OPSEC)​

Do not share internal plans, strategies, or sensitive unit information outside the Spartans without leadership approval.

9. Activity​

Remain reasonably active. If you'll be away for an extended period, notify leadership so your status can be updated.

10. Represent the Spartans​

Whether in-game or in the community, your actions reflect on the unit. Uphold our reputation through discipline, maturity, and sportsmanship.
