Rule 1. Respect the Tribe! There’s no room for drama here…
Rule 2. Comms discipline. We strive for comms to be as accurate as possible to real world radio comms not only for immersion but also efficiency.
Rule 3. Ego is not your amigo. We build our brothers up here, not cut them down. If you have criticism for someone’s performance it’s okay to address it in an AAR or a hot-wash. Not on objective.
Rule 4. Protect the vibe of the Tribe. Your skill got you here your vibe will keep you here. Don’t be a negative influence on the team.
Rule 5. Chain of command. When on objective the GFC (Ground Force Commander) has the final say. In the briefing room voice your opinions, throw out ideas, ask questions but on the ground the GFC has operational authority.
Rule 6. What happens in the unit stays in the unit. Don’t stream briefings or operations without authorization from a member of the cadre.
Rule 8. Improve from the standard. You worked hard to get here you should always be working to be better. Selection never ends, if the leadership or your teammates notice a continuing decline of your performance you will be removed from the Tribe.
